Our Process

Surf Coast Advisory is led by Adam Lane, an Anglesea local, husband to Ness, and dad to two boys.

We live here, we work here, and we care deeply about the businesses and people that make up this part of the world.

Adam has spent much of his career in banking and finance, followed by a 7 years leading and growing a medium-sized global business. That experience brings a strong commercial lens, but also a genuine appreciation for how difficult it is to run a business when the decisions, the pressure and the responsibility ultimately sit with you.

Surf Coast Advisory grew out of a simple idea — that local business owners should have access to clear, practical support when things feel unclear, stressful, or harder than they should be.

The work is grounded and personal. It’s about understanding what’s really going on in the business, helping make sense of it, and building a plan that actually works.
